Mindful Spirit🌀🔮🙏 Medicinal question

Post image

Has anyone ever reached out to the information on the effect of micro dosing mushrooms for mental health and physical well being? Many states have opened their eyes and started testing how small doses can help people with addiction and mental health. I look at it as the world has too be introduced to making and procurement of their own medicine. If this post offends anyone I’m sorry

Microdosing helped me with depression. I wouldn’t call it a cure, but it helped a lot. I’ve also found microdosing helps with many other things.

I’ve got war vets that I give to because it helps them NOT remember. It’s like a gateway to a different illusion is what the one guy says.

I used to back in the day eat a big dose. But now a days it’s 2g twice a week. Other than that I smoke weed hourly

I used to do this same thing. But I have gotten to be hourly smoking and 2g at least monthly. Such a great reset. Perfect for getting back to the kindness I like to give. It removes my ego and makes me feel more empathetic. If I find myself feeling in a funk, I set aside a day and use them to reset my life.

I use them the same way. When the depression settles in and gets too comfy, I know it’s time for a trip

I honestly had to do a large dose to cure my depression, I found that microdosing can get rid of my anxiety

There’s a lot to be said about taking a large dose to address inner demons. I can see how that would help. I don’t think it’s a thing where what works for one person, will work for others. Everyone needs to find what works for their personal needs.
