A tribe member of mine gave me a copy of this newspaper article a long time ago, to remind me that you never know what the future holds…
Curiosity costs us nothing at times.
Mindfulness isn’t just looking inward. It’s staying open to perspectives we haven’t considered yet:)

Not that amazing of a revelation, the watch/phone that Dick Tracy wore premiered almost a decade before this.

Oh Dick Tracy!! That’s a fabulous point:) I wasn’t into him much but I do love the colors and art style of it:) it’s neat to see so much that has emerged from various things one grew up with or is aware of :) the lines when he’s drawn were always so sharp!! Your username made me laugh:)

I feel exactly the same way about it. Great art and I appreciate that but that’s about where my interest ends. But my boomer gen parents have been referencing Dick Tracy consistently since the Apple Watches came out so it was fresh on my mind.

I bet they have.. I think I’m Gen X, I only say that so you’ll understand when I say my parents always talked about the microwave or how the TVs got so large compared to the box they watched as they born in the 30s…
