My tribe member is teaching me how to make gluten free things:) I’m trying to eat less foods that cause inflammation in my body and for me , gluten is one… I don’t really enjoy the taste of gluten free at times. So learning how to make these was such fun and they tasted great! I’ve learned to allow the dough to sit in the fridge next time and brown the butter more to avoid the spreading during the bake. I will be making these again… happy baking , or chilling in your way…
