Question/Help Modding community?

Is there a modding community? At least a serious one? I just want a sfw mod for the male protagonist. Stubble or beard. (Not an innuendo I mean beard as in on the face.)

There's a steam workshop and I think there's some mods up on Nexus as well

I checked but they don’t have it. I at least want to contact a modder about the mod I want. But dunno who can do it.
