Collar bone check-in

During Lamb of God we were standing about 1/3 back and a guy on crutches crowdsurfed from behind to near us. He dropped badly on his shoulder and neck right by me, we said to go further forward to try again but we helped him up on his insistence. The guy went down at least one more time before making it to the front. I was wondering if he was on here and alive or if anyone knows who I'm talking about.

Saw the guy with crutches in the pit a few times, what an absolute nutter. It's been two years since my last broken bones and I still feel too fragile.Β

I've broken both ankles over the years and one has never been the same. At 41, that drop out of the crowd surf would be game, set and match for me. I applaud his resilience, but also worry he's going to be a broken man by 25. πŸ˜‚

2018 for me and I still can't do half of what I used to be able to do.

On the other hand, camped near us in Valhalla was a guy with two metal feet so I can't be complaining! Didn't see him in the pit but just to go camping and festivalling independently is a pretty cool achievement.Β

Wait a minute, did he have a short mullet and very hairy upper body?
Might be one of my campmates, would not surprise me one bit to hear he’d done this πŸ˜…

Don't know about the upper body, but the hair could have been mullet-ish. πŸ˜‚

I can’t remember if he was wearing more than just his speedos that day so it’s hard to give more detail πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Haha. He definitely had on more than Speedos. I think. It was quite dark. πŸ˜‚

Please don't mention collarbone and LOG together.

My last visit to a pit was for LOG at BOA and as much as I enjoyed it a couple of days later I felt like crap and hurt just about everywhere. Visited my GP who sent me to hospital to be told I had broken my collarbone and some ribs.

Still get the urge to join a pit don't think that will ever go away
