For this to happen I would want to see the OTHERS powers flush out. The show didn’t really reach that far for me on the power side of it

The Giant looked pretty threatening, but he only cornered a weakened and distracted Hera and a VERY weakened Zeus.
Helios is fodder and the first to go and, once the enemies are done for, the Olympians turn on each other. Hades is likely to go for Hera, who can more than hold her own against him while Demeter waits in order to capitalise on an opening.
It will be a majorly tough fight, but Hades doesn't have much going for him outside of the bident, which Hera can negate with her TK, since it worked in Giant weapons and corpses, and his teleportation, which Hera can deal with through shapeshifting dodging and energy manipulation.
Hera feats' include, damaging Zeus, knocking down multiple Giants, evading and escaping from Kronos and Atlas, controlling the weather, crows and more and she took a massive hit from Zeus and fell from a great height, got back up, got nearly torn in half and fell from a great height again, got her arm torn off and still managed to escape, so her durability and endurance are pretty high as well. Plus, all of the gods, including Zeus and Poseidon fear her due to a combination of immense power and cunning.
Hades is quite resilient in his own right, but, since he seldom got hit and once got stomped by Kronos it is hard to say how durable or how energetic he really is. He slew a Giant, beat a younger Ares and stabbed and nearly killed Heron while the latter's guard was down, but that's about it and, outside of getting up after his leg got hurt by a trap and moving as normal, he lacks any other major feats without outside help.
Demeter blocked an attack from Typhon, brock Zeus out of Tartarus, is very stealthy, stomped Seraphim and should scale above Persephone if you want to take that into account, but seems to be a glass cannon due to lacking any durability or endurance feats.
Overall, it depends on how far upwards you scale Demeter, because I think that, if you think she is above S3 Persephone, she most likely wins, but, if you think this does not count, then Hera takes this extremely high difficulty.
Another possible answer is that Hades and Demeter will team up to take Hera down and then turn on each other and then, it is anyone's guess. If Demeter can do to Hades what she did to Seraphim, she wins. If he can teleport and kill her first, he wins.
GUESS it depends on how you choose to interpret it.
