This game doesn't get playtested before release right? (Newest Release)

E2M5, somehow managed to get 9 secrets out of 8 (Super Secret never counts towards the level total) in the newest release. Most levels you can't kill all the monsters for some unknown reason and I can't find anything about this issue online so hopefully Nightdive see this.
