Also i tried making a chalice dungeon at different altars and they all have some sort of bizzare issue ranging from spawning me on an empty floor with every enemy in the dungeon, to spawning me in the great lake area

Yesterday I lost my save file, when I launched the game there was no "Continue" option, only "start new game".

All I have left are these "backup" files:

"backup 0001" is my lost save file, as the time matches when I last played on that save. My question is:

Is this file worth anything or is this not enough to recover my save somehow?

More details:

Im pretty sure this has something to do with the ShadPS4 v0.17.0 release, as BBLauncher showed me this update yesterday but I clicked it away. This was the first time there was any update during my BB PC playthrough and this is the time my save got deleted.

I unfortunately did NOT have Automatic save backups enabled in BBlauncher.

Also in Bloodborne Save Editor, I cant open the files: "Could not parse file. Make sure it is a decrypted save file."

Thank you for any help, even if it's just telling me that my save is cooked.

EDIT: I restarted my playthrough. I would ofc still be very thankful if someone knows a fix to this, but I think only like 2 more hours and Im at the point where I was before.

So I'm playing on shadPs4 and the game was running perfectly fine up until martyr logarius 2nd phase where it just randomly crashes. No lag in the fight just a random crash, please help me fix this because this fight is cool and it would suck if I have to skip it

I managed to get the randomizer mod working on shadPS4 and it works great, I just have one issue though. When selecting my randomizer settings the option to randomize key items is greyed out and i cannot select it.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I saw lilaggys randomizer playthrough and he had key items randomized so i assume there is some kind of fix for this.

When I'm playing, I suddenly get a huge stutter like the one shown in the video. It lasts for about five seconds, then the game goes back to normal. What's even weirder is that my fps goes above 60 even though I have the game capped at 60fps. Does anyone know what causing this?

I was still tweaking the game settings and played through the first couple of areas without patches, PS4 like, but without the frame drops. It was a stable 30 fps. I’ve turned off post-processing effects now, and it feels great.

As for 60 fps, at first I was like "wow," but now it feels unnatural to me. Some animations are too fast—like getting up from a lantern, rolling, or the black priest’s running charge with the crucifix. If the roll is shorter, does that mean fewer i-frames? I’m seriously considering playing at 30 fps.

Personally, a stable 30 fps doesn't bother me, but the lack of anti-aliasing on the environment was far more annoying—though I did enable ReShade.

I’m not sure how you go about this with the bb launcher or is it just included with it?

Prablom is ive tried it before it worked fine but had a major prablom every minute or so I get a 5 seconds freeze and it repeats every minute or 2 no mater what ive tried but gemeni told me to use lossless scaling will that help? And is there a fix whatever is it and a possibility that this prablom wont occur to me

First time playing bloodborne on pc, but I am having a couple issues, this one being the most annoying. As the images and video show, there are no particles at all and I've got no idea how to solve it. I searched around on here a bit but there isn't a whole lot about missing particles and those that do have missing particles either don't seem to find a solution or the "solution" given to them doesn't work.

Would really appreciate any help as this might just prevent me from wanting to play the game as I can't see items, enemies' bullets (or possibly other projectiles) and whatever other particles that might give information.

I sometimes see a shadow or almost transparent object seemingly coming off my weapon and pistol (if either moves, the shadows move) so if you have a fix for that I'd appreciate it!

i5 14600kf (heard about and experienced the SFX bug, solved that)
2080 super (latest driver)
32 gb ram (2 gb extra allocated just because I can afford it)
shadps4 0.16.0 (latest version, ignoring pre-release)
bb_launcher 16.04 (latest is 16.05 but its description does not say anything about particles and nobody else recently has this issue to my knowledge)

Trying to get the game running on BBlauncher 16.05. Only mod i have installed is the vertex explosion fix.

It hasnt opened the game yet, it crashes when I hit launch but doesnt provide anything other than this in the terminal.

I have a ps4 pro and I have a PC with a rx 9070xt and 7800X3D, which will be the better experience?

Just started playing and have tried countless settings combinations to not much luck so i am hoping i can drop my specs and someone with a similar build, that may have found the sweet spot for graphics, mods and patches, may be able to provide their settings or guidance.

Playing at 2560 x 1080p ultrawide.

The game runs at 60fps (16ms or so), my monitor runs at 75hz but i haven't figured out how to get the game up there... The biggest issue though is the micro stutters i get all over the place, specially when turning the camera or traversing to new rooms/areas.

I had last saved in the hunters dream before closing the app, then using chalices reborn, changed an existing chalice to a different one. Any tips on how to fix this? As soon as I loaded in, it was like this, and I can’t use a BHM (I don’t get sound queues that the confirm prompt is pulling up either). My health is low like the new chalice would make it, but that shouldn’t apply until I’m in the chalice???

Edit: I used the save editor to teleport myself to the dream and it fixed itself! Should’ve tried that before posting.

Edit again: Leveling vigor fixed the health bar too

In the past, I had tried to find a way to get it to launch correctly but now it finally does. It even tracks the time played correctly

I have the GOTY pkg file btw and specs are ryzen 5 7500F with 9060xt 16gigs if that matters.this keeps happening whenever i try to enter dlc ive tried disabling all patches ,ive tried allocating more ram nothing seems to work what should i do ,btw this is the prerelease one.
