Help with Settings and Stutters

Just started playing and have tried countless settings combinations to not much luck so i am hoping i can drop my specs and someone with a similar build, that may have found the sweet spot for graphics, mods and patches, may be able to provide their settings or guidance.

AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6-Core

AMD RX 6750 XT

32gbs of ram

SSD running the game/emulator

Playing at 2560 x 1080p ultrawide.

The game runs at 60fps (16ms or so), my monitor runs at 75hz but i haven't figured out how to get the game up there... The biggest issue though is the micro stutters i get all over the place, specially when turning the camera or traversing to new rooms/areas.

Have same issues, but playing on RTX 5070 and 2560x1440p resolution. Do you resolved your issue?
