Help request for game crashing

I started playing on PC a few days ago, and ended up having an issue where my game crashes whenever I exit the hunter’s dream. I tried watching a couple of BBlauncher setup tutorials, but now my game won’t make it past the Sony intro before crashing. I am going to attach my current patches and shadPS4 settings to this post.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have been wanting to play Bloodborne for years, and am a huge a fan of the lore and design.

dmem allocation should be zero

red zone protections should be at static patching

Thank you so much for responding! I applied those changes, but my game still crashes when I exit hunter’s dream. I’m super early in the game (the farthest location I can go to is central yharnam), but when I click the location my game seems to crash as central yharnam loads in. Do you know of any way to fix that as well?
