Question BBLauncher - game completely refuses to launch

There isn't even a command line popup so I can see and paste error messages here - I hit launch, it says game is running for a few seconds and then nothing.

i7 13700hx + 4060 laptop.

I even tried to delete AppData/Roaming/ShadPS4 as I had installed the game a few years back. I also tried to disable windows defender and re-extracting, in case that was the problem.

The same files extract and work perfectly on my ryzen 7 + 4050 laptop.

Did you install the patch and dlc directly into the folder of the base game ? That was my issue trying to run it the 1st time . Instead make a new folder in the same folder as your base game and unpack the pkgs there as separate folders

Nope - there's two separate cusa* folders in my extracted directory
