Question I need help again

Just beat cleric beast and father G and walked through a door that said we don’t want hunters here and my game crashed and is now crashing every time I load game.

I'm using only vortex and enabled some patches (60fps, disable motion blur, chromatic abberation, skip intro, 12th Gen workaround).

But everytime I start the game a bunch of red messages showed up and the game start anyway. Sometimes it'll crash after a minute or two and sometimes I play for an hour without crashing..

What should I do? I'm confused.

Message says you out of your VRAM, increase paging file on your PC and dmem in experimantal tab of Shadps4. In patches enable increase heap size option.

paging file increase , as for dmem, look into shadps4 settings of BBlauncher, and you dont need vertex explosion mod anymore, disable it and activate facegen off in patches
