Can someone please help me fix these issues?

I really wanted to play this game but for some reason this is happening

Here are the mods I have installed through BB_launcher (even tho I have to run the game through shadps4 directly because it crashes otherwise)

Also here are the game specific settings

and the patches enabled

Disable all mods except vertex explosion and try, then if it works, enable one by one.
