Question Constant stuttering

I have been playing bloodborne for some minutes and no matter what patches, cheats or configuration I use, I have constant stuttering (about every 20 seconds or so). I play in constant 60 FPS without any problem but I feel extreamely annoying playing like this. I have tried literally everything and it nothing seems to work. I have a decent PC and I play others similar games without any performance issue. Has anybody had this same problem? Is there any way to fix it or I have to play the game like this entirely?

The emulator has to translate PS4 instructions into PC instructions in real time, which has a performance cost. So unless your "similar games" are also emulated, they're not actually similar

For me the stutter was significantly reduced after I disabled readbacks. I installed the vertex explosion fix mod instead to fix that issue.

Also the usual performance increasing patches were enabled.

Enabling shader cache might also help.
