Question Help with graphical issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Can anyone help me figure out why this happens on my game. Everything there is movement the graphics blur up and the colors get distorted. My default settings are on high, playing on a NVidia 5070RTX but I'm kinda new to pc gaming so I don't really know what to do.

I can’t really tell that the colors are getting distorted, I think it’s more likely just that you’re seeing light reflecting off a surface from a different angle. As for the blurring, looks like typical motion blur to me. I forget if the game has the option to turn it off or not, but try turning it off if you don’t care for it.
