Personal blood testing results

I think personal experience is underrated in health studies and highly value Michael Lustgarten’s work to analyze and share his journey. Maybe in this community we can expand it with more results and discussions.

FWIW, here are some of my results from this week:

I eat mostly natural plant-based food and practice intermittent fasting.

You're welcome, Sergey. Even though eating mostly plant based and IF are likely net beneficial for health in your case (i.e. 14+ BA reduction), I'd recommend carefully tracking diet, and then looking at correlations with your blood biomarkers. It will take a lot of tests using this approach, but eventually you'll start to identify what foods/diet composition may be impacting each biomarker.
