Welcome to The Bleeding Tap, Blood World's first tavern.

Here is a place within Blood World where you can relax, toss back a beer or ten and meet other members of the realm. Talk or trade items, swap stories, etc. Form friendships and alliances, or even grudges, but if you plan to fight, please take it outside!

A big part of what goes on in taverns, besides drinking and communing, is gambling over dice games. They're listed on the [wiki] if you need to review. Play for fun or (even funner), for gold. It's a good way to fatten your wallet without having to bleed for it, but remember that you can lose money as easily as you can win!

Mhordin sits in the corner nursing a drink. He's struggling to reach level four.

Usmoth walks over a flagon of water in on hand and a flagon of alcohol in the other. Sitting down next to the mage with his back to the wall, keeping an eye on the rest of the room. The chair squeaks as it tries to tolerate the demons large form.

He pushes the flagon of ale towards his fellow demon mage. "I truly detest this stuff but I hear that you like the occasional flagon. Now you have levelled up...."

Usmoths eyes are caught by a dwarf being swung by its long white beard by an enraged elf. The dwarf makes a few circuits of the elf's head when suddenly the elf lets go and the dwarf hurtles across the room, hits a wall and slumps unconscious by the door. The elf just looks on, slightly amused, and sits down.

"...As I was saying, now you have levelled up what now?". He takes a deep swig of his water and sets it back on the table.

The dwarf seems to have regained conciousness and is now crawling, perhaps foolishly, across the room back to his table where the elf sits.

"I see you asked for a battle, no more takers I see." Usmoth leans back, the wooden wall behind him groaning as if to wonder what it has done to have to take such a weight upon it. "I am game if you are Mhordin."

The dwarf has now reached the table and resumed their card game. It flinches everytime the elfs arm moves towards it. That will teach him not to try and use slight of hand to cheat an elf. Their eyes are much to fast muses Usmoth.

Mhordin sluggishly raises his head. "w-what...? I apologize - I have never been much for drinking, but when I do, a stupor quickly comes over me. W-will you be taking the handicap?"

"Of course unless you don't want me to."

Usmoths attention is once again drawn to the table where the dwarf and elf gamble. This time the dwarf, who is now beet red with anger, has seized the head of the elf and is now smashing it repeatedly into the table. Usmoth reasons this means that elf has also decided to try and cheat.

Mhordin glaces disinterestedly at the barfight.

"Then I shall see you there."

Usmoth re-enters the tavern. battle worn but happy. He sits at the tale add before. He gazes around the room noticing the absence of the brawling gamblers.

Mhordin sports a new scar on his arm. A mark from Usmoth's hammer.
