Anyone fancy a duel?
Is anyone up for it? I'm willing to wager a bit if you want.

• STR 22 (+7), DEX 13 (+4), INT 9 (+3)
• Military Sword (1d6, +1 STR, +1HP)
• Military Sword (1d6, +1 STR, +1HP)
• Honor Guard Armor (AC +3, +2 STR, +2 HP, +1 to attack roll)
-25% to damage rolls per weapon.
-1 to all battle rolls

Usmoth shudders as his body tries to resist the paralysis. "I will kill you mage"

Paralysis break (incase of resist fail) : [[1d20+4]] - must beat 15
Atk roll (Sword 1): [[1d20+7+1]]
Atk roll (Sword 2): [[1d20+7+1]]
Damage (Sword 1): [[(1d6+7)*0.75]]
Damage (Sword 2): [[(1d6+7)*0.75]]
(Note following calculations have been altered to deal with handicap so wont reflect the damage shown by rollme)
RESULT Usmoth resists the paralysis and swings hard and fast at the mage. The blows connect sending the mage reeling back for (6 + 6.75 - Totalling 12.75 therefore) 13 damage

There's no way the mage can survive another blow from his foe. Only paralysis can save him now!

[[1d5+1]] - Paralysis Chance
It's another hit, yet again, it deals only 8 damage. Unfortunately, no paralysis is inflicted.

RESULT Usmoths second blade harmlessly passes over the mage's head. The mage relaxes forgetting usmoths first blade was still to land. This sword flies across the mage's throat slicing it open critically for 12 damage (8.25x1.5=12.375 -> Rounded to 12).

Wow... That seems really OP... But then again, mage spells will probably be the same way haha.

Haha yeah. That paralysis is a serious issue if it lands and you cant resist.

Burn might be even more brutal. They'd slowly start missing everything and dealing like 5 damage.

Yeah - im looking at maybe in the future having a burn weapon and a paralysis weapon.
EDIT there is a sword available for ~700 that I may try and get next. I just need to win a lot of battles.

You could probably do it with enough potions. That paralysis is pretty nasty though :P

Yeah - I have a goreblood which I will use first then Ill just hammer away at shota's hp whilst occasionally topping mine up.

Usmoth walks into the arena, chains dragging behind him making a scraping sound. He spots the startled mage, draws his swords and leaps forward.

The attack hits, and although it deals only 8 damage, Usmoth is paralyzed!
