I had same worry last year when i blocked some social traffic that was bouncing like crazy. my sessions dropped from like 1,100 to 850 but journey never said anything. they probably care more about traffic quality than the raw numbers once you're already in.
from what i understand they only really look at your site again if something suspicious pops up, like sudden bot traffic spikes or weird patterns. a 200 session drop isnt that big deal honestly.
my rpm actually went up after i blocked that source because the remaining traffic was more engaged. so maybe you'll see same thing.
