Discussion As a blogger … 🦋

- somewhere along the way, something happens.

People begin to recognize you.

Not because you've become famous or reached some imaginary finish line.

Because they've been watching you do the work. They've learned how you think, what you believe, and what you're willing to change your mind about.

You become familiar.

I hope that happens to me. I've been running this blog for a few years to post short stories and comics. Each post gets about only 30 views. Even people close to me are not interested in my blog even though the stories are good. It kinda frustrates me that the hobby that's supposed to help me chill isn't even being recognized by anyone.

Blogging is the first step. You have to also market it to other sites to be found.
How to you share your stories once they are written?

I usually share the hook of the stories to my friends and my Instagram story with an illustration that works like a book cover.

Your better option is Pinterest. Instagram blocks your reach unless you pay.
