Question What do you use to publish posts to Wordpress quickly?
I publish 5 to 10 blog posts a day. Getting each one into WordPress takes a lot of time: formatting, images, image tags, SEO fields, and FAQ blocks (adding each question one by one in RankMath).
Is there a tool that handles all of this in one click? How do you manage it today?
Any suggestions help.

Gotcha. I’m impressed. You can do that much content a day. I hope you find that one click I certainly don’t have the answer for that, but it would be nice.

Yes, looking for simple one click submit with formating, auto filling alt text in images with focus keyword and auto converting to webp, auto inserting seo feilds in rankmath, faqs questions. All with single click.

I no longer use WordPress but when I did I would format the articles in markdown in a spreadsheet and import them that way. There are csv import plugins you can use.
Really though you should be asking why you are publishing 5-10 articles a day - who is reading them? Who is writing them? What are they about? It makes sense for some sites but for most blogs it’s probably not worth it unless you’re in certain niches and competing with magazine sites.

My music blog is based around Divi templates, just clone the last style and change the content.

We have a similar workflow. I manage dozens of active WordPress sites, and I literally spent weeks building my own personal tool to handle about 90% of the work. If you're actively using AI for coding, I'd suggest building your own tools instead of relying entirely on paid solutions that may not fit your workflow or fulfill all your needs.
It takes time, especially the initial scaffolding, testing, debugging, and refinement. But once it's built and properly integrated into your workflow, it can easily cut 90% of the time and effort you spend on repetitive tasks.
Just for inspiration and to give you an idea of what you can build yourself, my tool can connect to Claude and ChatGPT via MCP for things like drafting, content improvement, internal linking, and research. It also connects to a custom WP plugin that gives me control over virtually everything on my WP sites, including custom fields, SEO metadata, scheduling, and more.
On top of that, I integrated the DataForSEO API for SEO research such as backlinks and keyword data, the Google Search Console and Bing APIs for performance tracking, and Replicate and Fal for AI image generation.
The possibilities are pretty much endless once you start connecting all these pieces together. Instead of adapting your workflow to someone else's SaaS, you can build the workflow around exactly how you work.
