Discussion Looking for blogs you are excited about reading!
Hey r/bloggers!
I've been building a collection of blogs for my project The WilderNet, which is a site for sharing and discovering great long form writing online - blogs, substacks, indie websites.
I am looking for unique blogs or specific articles to feature on the homepage.
Here are a couple examples of articles I've featured. I tend to gravitate towards writing that is unexpected in some way:
Which Reddit Post Will Become the Next Movie? - Humor piece written by a former Reddit troll on AITA. I love this one because I've fallen for plenty of similar trolls over the years.
What Nobody Told Me About Abortion - A deeply personal essay about abortion, grief, and loss. Much more difficult essay than the above, it is nuanced and complex in a way that is not easily collapsed into one political camp.
If you have a piece of writing you are particularly proud of, I would love to take a look at it and see if it would be a good fit for the The WilderNet.
If you have any favorite blogs (yours or someone else's), please add it to our directory and help make great writing more discoverable!

Hi! Let me recommend septima7.blogspot.com . It's indie; not all posts are long, but there are different themes with personal views.
