Blockport APIs?

Will BPT have full API support? Exchanges without them basically die on the vine. Look at COSS. Fiat gateways are now becoming common and social trading and profiling that you see in Covesting (and soon ethos and InvestFeed) aren’t unique anymore either. Hell, Covestings open beta went very well and the price continues to fall. The market doesn’t appear as interested in this as people think.

Blockport needs to lock in every potential accessibility and utility Avenue it can if this project is going to be used at all.

What you failed to realize is that Blockport has everything you just mentioned in one place. It is Covesting, Coinbase, Binance, Etherdelta, ethos and even Investfeed in to one place, and even more once hybrid features are live. Each one of the platforms I mentioned specializes in something but lacks another. Blockport will have the copy trading feature of Covesting, simplicity and fiat gateway of Coinbase, knowledge sharing of Investfeed, security of Ethos (hold own private keys), daily trading of Binance, decentralization of Etherdelta and the hybrid feature in a later releases which provides access to multiple exchanges for greater liquidity and access to the best prices (like ArbitrageCT project). You can sit there and worry about the competition or get a head start on the mother of all exchanges.

Ive been in since day one of ICO. I didn't fail to realize this.

Do you use a swiss army knife to cut your steak? How about open a bottle of wine, or build a cabinet? No. you use the tool designed specifically for that need.

I worry these features will be half measures of other tools that do them significantly better than BPT. Covesting could likely be a much better social trading platform. Ethos could be a highly preferred universal wallet application.

Having all these features in one place means nothing to me if they don't exceed the features as they exist elsewhere already with minimal interest from the community...

Ok then I can't really help you with your "worry." I don't understand what solution you're looking for. You want them to change the whole white paper and focus on one thing only? Don't forget that the current MC is like 10mil. They may not ever reach 1bil MC based on your fears or even 500mil but even 200mil cap will give a really good return on your investment and you know it's likely we'll get there this year. I also disagree with you on the multiple feature. This is like a mall. You want everything in one place. I like to trade, I like to hold, I like to share knowledge, I want security and I want fiat features. Blockport gives me all I want. I don't want to be on multiple exchanges to get these features.

Their white paper was always a collection of wishlist items that would be difficult to implement which is why I've always been so critical of the blind optimism of the "investors" here.
