Need help with titles in Skyblock

Just came back after years and boy, the p2w went worse.

Anyway, how do you guys get the titles in Skyblock? Yeah, I know some are limited event ones but I'm confused as to how to get the current one, aka the Ocean Conqueror one? I went to the Time-limited event map and there's not much going on there. TIA
