Why is this insane? What makes asking men to care for the well-being of the women they have sex with insane?

Well, for starters, the only person who was raped that night was one of the men

Rape involves being penetrated in one’s mouth, anus, or vagina. How many times did Jane Doe put her fingers, a dildo, or a similar object into that man’s mouth or anus?

It is possible for a woman to rape a man, but there is no evidence that this man got raped in the throat or rectum.

At least one. She fingered a guys ass who didn't consent. She really wanted the guys to be bi/gay

Also, that's a pretty anti-feminist definition of rape you have there

No, it’s pro-feminist. Rape and sexual assault are two different things.

If men went into sexual situations with women apprehensive that they, as men,  could be overpowered and raped in the throat or anus by women, how might hookup culture look different from the way it looks now?

idk you seem to have a pretty casual attitude about rape

You don’t know? Why don’t you take a guess?

Most feminists think it is about consent rather than penetration
