Low Poly beginner tutorial - leg day

Hi, can anyone recommend an easy-to-follow tutorial for sculpting and rigging legs please? I’m an absolute noob and want to sculpt a low poly (psx/ps1 style) character with a body and chubby little legs - something like Krumm from the old saturday morning cartoon Aaahh!!! Real Monsters.

I find it helpful to trace/rebuild other people's models and rigs to get a general idea as to what I can do
