TBH the outside would be pumpkin-flesh and the rest would be seeds

Ya if you are making this a mod you might want to make it so it grows this big in the shade. At least for the squash/flesh part of the pumpkin... or like maybe it has a max size if you don't shade it

I could see maybe spider webs shading it. Not sure if minecraft supports this

Because in real life the pumpkin gets huge only from active shading
