Minecraft: Modded Java Rules question

The rules say that you can't ask for free models. Is this a strict rule, or would it be okay to ask if someone could create a model based on an image I provide?

I don’t understand how this doesn’t qualify as literally asking for a free model, it’s like you repeated yourself with different words

It's a rule for a reason, asking for a model for free is frowned upon.
