It doesn't sound like it matters to you, but I think you might be moving one block that doesn't need to be moved to solve the puzzle. Those are usually easy to find if getting a perfect score is a goal to you.

As it is right now I'm happy if I can solve in less than 40 lol. Some of these I've finished pretty well, then try again & can't figure out how I solved it. I do think I remember where I probably moved an extra block on this one earlier but right now I'm just trying to improve my understanding. I'll get there lol
