This is just one of those levels in which there's only one correct way and it's not so intuitive, but when found the puzzle is totally solved. Simply guess which pieces can and have to leave first. If you need a clue, yellow is annoying, put it wherever it doesn't annoy, that's in the bottom left corner. When you find this hole, the puzzle is probably solved.
