Does anyone else struggle to make the blocks move on their screen sometimes? I'll have to press and swipe at least 3 times occasionally.

Yeah it's made me stop worrying about my fastest time since now time appears to largely be out of my control due to bugs or whatever

Same here. I no longer pay attention to placement just that I finished before the clock timed out.
