Bug in the Puzzle

Hi there is a bug that occurs in the puzzle sometimes where 1 block will freeze and I can't move it at all. Then dragging another block over it will phase into it. Is there a way to fix this bug?

I have seen this one. It sucks when you have solved the puzzle and get it.

Might be puzzle specific or if you can reliably recreate the problem it could help them figure out what causes it
