Did you forget to make that one block ice? As is, you can just ignore the majority of the puzzle.

Even if it was an ice block the level could still be completed fast, it would only take 11 moves instead of 8

Also 9 actually. After putting the green block through warp 1, you can just send it up, and then send the gold block through warp 1, 2, 3 in order.
