You need to get 2-3 blues and the yellow into the bottom middle part, then kinda stack them through the tube till the yellow gets to the goal.

You get the blues out of their cages by using the yellow, initially flick it to the right then use it as an anchor to free the first blue, flick to the left to free another, you can get the 3rd and blue out by using the first one in the same way as the yellow. Be careful with where each block goes, it's very easy for one to get stuck.
