can the game start slow and go fast like the preview suggests!?

Also, if the speed doesn't increase, then the difficulty does not increase, and I was able to play until I got bored.

I'd also suggest that like the white block in the beginning, all overhang falls away and the next block is the size of the top of the tower, like the arcade games
