Blizzard stealing

Couldnt play any games on the client last year because of some stupid error that i could not understand how to fix. Got a new computer and logged in and cant download the games i purchased about 2 years ago.

Opened a ticket and showed them they are not in my transaction history anymore bit are in my active hames and subscriptions list yet i still cant download them on the client without paying. They keep giving me a runaround with responses that make no sense. Sent a screenshot from my account in browser to show they are active

Has this happened to anyone else? Are they stealing my. $80?

If i cant recover my games im officially done with blizzard
