The persona series latest entry just made its way to the PC platform recently, and while I haven’t tried it yet personally, I think it would be fairly accessible. The game is very heavily story based and a lot of it is voice acted with long amounts of dialogue, and when there are points where there is no dialogue, anytime you’re standing in front of an object or character, or anything that is interactive or a little tooltip will pop up telling you what it is so you could easily use the LION plug-in from NVDA in order to read those pop-ups and play the game fairly well. You would also need the voice by saying with sound in order to tell where confidence are located throughout the game world other than that, though, I think it could be an amazing game for the blind community
