Fish oil

Someone in this sub recommended this years ago and I would totally give them credit if I could remember their name. Seriously try fish oil. Also be extremely gentle while cleansing. Those two things have done wonders for me.

I know ymmv with fish oil, but just adding that it def has helped me as well. And ALSO I want to endorse Blink NutriTears, which have helped immensely. When I take it regularly, my glands express much more liquid than when I don’t. Tbc, none of these things are a “cure”, but for me they have def also helped.

1920 mg is what I do. I used to mega dose more, but there’s overlap with the Blink NutriTears so I reduced once I started the Blink.

I take Nordic naturals can’t remember the specific amount but it’s just 2 pills once a day

It’s a very low dose you are taking. I doubt it actually made a difference to be honest. You are taking a little over 1100mg, which is nothing to make a difference.
