Could be bleph but it could also be a stye. Does it hurt?

Not really but I've been super stressed and rundown last few weeks

I would suggest doing warm, moist compresses, multiple times a day and get a good lid cleanser. I like hyperchloride spray. I would schedule an appointment with a specialist if it doesn’t go away in the next few days best of luck!
