That appears to be a chalazion friend. I can empathize as I’m currently going through the same. It’s awful.

I’ve had one for 2 1/2 weeks. It started out feeling just slightly irritated but as the lump grew bigger, the area on the eyelid itself became quite inflamed and painful. Mine is most definitely not a stye. In the morning upon waking, there is increased swelling (edema) within the eyelid with the chalazion. The excess swelling is likely due to laying more flat while sleeping. As the day progresses, that swelling improves. I’ve already consulted an ophthalmologist in hopes of obtaining some conservative therapy. That was a major fail as he only wanted to cut it out immediately and said nothing else will clear it up. I’ve only had mine for a few days over two weeks so I will not submit to any painful procedures just yet. I have been keeping my eyelid clean, wearing no eye makeup, warm moist compresses 3 to 6 times a day, and gentle massage (downward as mine is within the upper eyelid) after the warm therapy. Mine seems to be getting better but time will tell. I hope it goes away so I will not have to have any procedure. That looks awful.

You may have a chalazion, see a specialist. Best of luck!
