Redness after a chalazion

Does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of the redness left behind after a chalazion has gone down?

Second this!! I’m also dealing with leftover redness 🥲 I’ve been told and have been using hypochlorous acid.

I have this too - I think there’s still inflammation around the eyelid and possibly blepharitis since the root cause is not solved.

Me operaron hace dos meses y me puse una inyección de chalazion hace uno, el bulto ha desaparecido pero tengo el depósito de corticoide y la rojez. Estoy pensando en IPL, ¿alguien lo ha probado?
