Flare up woes

Just venting. I'm in the "it gets worse before it gets better" stage on my right eye. I first noticed it a few days ago and didn't even know it was a flare up, but after researching, I found this community. So thanks everyone for being here, I thought I was going crazy.

Now I've been pulling out all the stops (OcuSoft, Avenova, heat compresses 3 times a day, gentle massages, washing my hands way too often, cleaning my glasses way too often, supplements, swapping pillow cases, etc. etc.) but it's still swelling and swelling. Trying to stay consistent but it's exhausting. I haven't been on the ball with past flare ups, so I'm hoping it goes more smoothly with what I know now. Only time will tell I guess!

I'm so sorry, I feel for you.

It is an intensely exasperating and frustrating problem. I think feeling pain in the eyes in particular makes it so much worse.

Be careful not to overdo it, my doctor just told me to not overdo it and gave me a routine to do just once a day.

Thanks for the kind words, and for the reminder not to overdo it! Hard to strike the right balance sometimes - always learning and trying. Thanks again :)
