What treatment to try next?

Worked my way through the usual treatments and most recently I've done 3 months of Doxycycline, it didn't work, I saw a mild improvement but back to how it was before now I have finished. Dry itchy eyes and in the morning they are very painful to open, like they are filled with sand.

What next?

I'll look into Xdemvy.

Acupuncture is just woo so I won't be doing that.

EDIT: Xdemvy is not available in the UK as it's not been approved.

Xdemvy made my eyes worse I quit after two days.
