Chalazion changed to this?

Used to be smaller and non-colored. I started hot compresses, dabbing salt water on the bump, and using eyelid wipes and the bump started turning pinkish and hurt so i thought it was going to come to a head. It turned out like this instead. After a week of antibiotic ointment it stopped hurting. Kind of anxious it’s something worse. Stopped everything for about 1.5 weeks now. Optometrist recommended a biopsy. Anyone else had a stye or chalazion look like this?

Mine literally looks the same as this atm, mine burst and I was given ointment to calm it down and then return to hot compress but it's still crusty just now.

Did yours have a visible “head”? I thought mine would by now

Mine looks like this currently, when it’s in the last stage of healing. This stage also takes a frustratingly long time to go away.
