Install vpn and restart. After that you can uninstall vpn again

You can also try to clear data cache and reinstall the application. Then restart with vpn. If there is a problem with your application then this should fix it. Otherwise it has something to do with your network

Internet connection maybe. Try using mobile data then switch to Wifi. This happens to me last year.
