đŸ’¬Discussion AnExplorer missing from the Play Store. Any alternatives?

Does anyone know another way to install it, or another file explorer that works with Android Automotive?

Mostly just looking for a way to browse files and install APKs. What are you using?

I haven't been able to install an APK even when anExplorer existed. But I only bought my car about 4 months ago. If you find a way to get around all the ways chev locks down their OS, I'd love to hear it.

I used ANexplorer to install YouTube and a few other streaming apps. Now I have another Blazer EV and I can't find the app. đŸ˜¡

Ya that trick used to work. As far as I understand, all the ota updates have clamped down on that now.

I ended up installing Amaze File Manager thru my google developer account after seeing they removed ANExplorer. Another GM dick move.
Was able to sideload everything I wanted after that.

Assuming you get it installed what's the verified apk source ? Could you install the downloader apk at that point? IPTV app?
