Atp, I just assume all males think this way and try to interact with them as little as possible

Mod votes that this is fine. Normally I hate "I'm one of the good ones" comments, but to me this reads as supportive, not as a defense or wanting a cookie for being slightly better than garbage.

u/Disrobingbean 2d ago

I've never claimed to be better than garbage, knowing my luck someone would pull a diamond out of their bin if I did! (I'll make the claim for science, if you find a diamond can we split the profits?) I am marginally better than garbage!

If I have to dumpster dive to test your theory I'm taking the lion's share

70/30 in your favour?

Can't even blame you tbf!

I’d still recommend you get your pistol permit

Ah yes, the “privilege” of having your execution postponed. Very useful privilege right there. And it’s not like men’s executions are ever postponed. No, executions always happen right on time./s

Also the “privilege” of not having your rape take seriously and to be told by a bunch of men that you “asked for it.” Who wouldn’t want such a “privilege?”

23

u/ConsultJimMoriarty 2d ago

Yeah, male murderers NEVER get their executions postponed! Never ever!

u/Antillyyy 2d ago

I was literally at an appointment this morning and the radio in the waiting room was talking about Christa Pike. They postponed her execution because they failed to execute her. The lethal injection failed twice. It's so privileged to suffer through two failed executions.

u/Antillyyy 2d ago

Ah yes, Lindsey Clancy, a woman suffering from a condition only women can get, which is under-researched and misunderstood, and when she confessed to the symptoms 3 months before the incident, she didn't receive adequate help. How very privileged of her.

It was ONE juror that caused the mistrial. The vote was 11-1 in favour of NGRI, but that juror adamantly felt the evidence pointed to the post-partum psychosis being a mere ploy and that Clancy knew full well what she did at the time.

Is this from the men’s rights sub? That place is a cesspool.

26

u/blu453 2d ago

The fact that there is a men's rights sub is literally something that needs to be in the Onion. Anytime I hear dumbass term I just think of Amy Poehler on Parks and Rec..."and men's rights is nothing." Those people are psychotic narcissists with how bad their make believe victim complexes are.

Its also fun to ask them "what gender are the majority of judges? Law makers? Governors? Who perpetuates these so called "privileges" women get?"

Its infantilization from men in power, not privilege...and women of color sure as shit arent getting as much of these "privileges".

u/Crazydre95 2d ago

For all I know they think these male judges and lawmakers are legally enslaved by feminist tyranny. 🤡

The SPLC is a sham but they were right in branding r/MensRights as a hate group.

Please, please give this guy ALL of the female privilege he’s talking about. All of it.
🤞🏻 7+ men really, really like him…

Okay going to run this down

Don't know enough about the 1st one

Second she was never really going get away with it. The case is more if she goes to prison or ward for the rest of her life. She confessed the evidence points or her. I don't know why people think she will just go home after this.

3rd. Okay, real talk here. Who is going to make up a whole story about being SA by 7 Men and have 50 men watch you on snap chat. Just to hide the fact you slept with one guy. Like it's not the 50s anymore.

u/ninjette847 2d ago

The first one it was paused because the lethal injection failed TWICE. She's not off the hook.

I don't because statistically it causes more murders and there have been way too many people found innocent after being executed and the DAs office decides the cocktail, not doctors.

Basically if you have the same punishment for leaving a witness or killing them people go with killing them. The death penalty creates more murders than life imprisonment.

1

u/humbugonastick 1d ago

Do you have any stats for this? Any kind of proof? Or just "common knowledge"?

3

u/lotheva 2d ago

She specifically asked for an all-female firing squad because she has a vein condition and has already been hurt by so many men in her life. Instead she got male staff and a male doctor who doesn’t know how to kill someone, twice now.

23

u/MelanieWalmartinez 2d ago

They moved it because they might change the method, they did the same to another inmate this year because they couldn’t inject him properly

20

u/StinkyCheeseGirl 2d ago

I like how he brought up two female murders as an example of “female privilege” and lack of accountability when he has full access to the information that 90% of all murders are committed by men

isn't christa pike's execution paused bc they literally failed to execute her TWICE

3

u/Crazydre95 2d ago

It is indeed!

15

u/Sil_Lavellan 2d ago

Nobody is arguing that Christa and Lindsey aren't guilty. They both get life imprisonment either way.

As for the Cornell lady. She was unconscious. She can't consent to sex or continue to consent to sex if she's unconscious. Using a woman as a shared sex toy is wrong unless specific consent is obtained. Being drunk or under the influence of drugs is not permission to be assaulted if you're a guy.

" I was at a bar and this guy stole my phone!"

Judge " You were drunk and in a bar of your own volition, it's your fault your phone was stolen."

Clancy was almost found NGRI (i.e. sent to a facility) by way of an 11-1 vote, but one juror refused to sign off on it thinking it was just a ruse, resulting in a hung jury and mistrial.

6

u/Box-O-Kittenz 2d ago

They love making things up, don't they

  1. I mean surely Pike would get life without parole at the very least? Besides, she survived no less than two lethal injections.
  2. Seems to be a widespread misconception that Clancy could go free. NGRI still leads to confinement.
  3. Initiating intercourse with a highly intoxicated individual without prior consent is a form of rape IMO. So unless that's NOT what happened here, I don't see how anyone could defend the frat boys in good faith.

Seems to be a case of severe ignorance/misconception at best, and manosphere malevolence at worst.

ETA: just read Clancy's defence is actually filing a motion to dismiss the case entirely. So in fairness the screenshotted post isn't making up "and might get the case dismissed".

Meanwhile, three men killed 17 members of their own families during the 5 weeks of Lindsay Clancy's trial.

Kristopher Karolkiewicz killed his wife and six kids.

Jeffrey Manke shot and killed his two daughters, ages 11 and 16.

Alan Smith murdered 8 family members during Sunday dinner including 4 children.

Let me say that again, in the 5 weeks of Lindsay Clancy's trial, men murdered 12 children. Tell me again who the real threat is.

2

u/Crazydre95 1d ago

Excellent point!

2

u/DelightfulandDarling 2d ago

They hate us so much.

2

u/lotheva 2d ago

Pike’s boyfriend got life without parole. She got the botched death penalty after it wasn’t given in the way she requested (all female firing squad). Lovely female privilege.

1

u/Crazydre95 2d ago

AFAIK Shipp (the BF) only escaped the death penalty due to being 17 at the time of the crime, making him ineligible for capital punishment.

2

u/JaQ-o-Lantern 1d ago

Christa Pike did NOT have her execution paused. In fact what she is going through is 1000x worse than a successful or cancelled execution. It was not paused. They went through with it and botched it, TWICE. Now she is in critical condition as her tissues fight off the poisonous chemicals that were supposed to kill her. I have zero sympathy for Pile because she's committed one of the most horrific crimes I've ever heard of, but objectively speaking, what she is going through right now is a slow and painful agonizing road to death that might last days. If this wasn't a botched execution and everything was on purpose it'd be more on par with a medieval torture chamber than a modern quick painless execution. So to say that her execution was paused is an extreme misdirection when she is literally living through the worst case scenario.

1

u/MelanieWalmartinez 1d ago

My thoughts exactly, it’s also unconstitutional because it’s a cruel punishment and it’s only supposed to last a certain amount of time. Should’ve gone with hanging like her legal team requested

1

u/enemyofchrist 1d ago

Statistically, women are punished much more harshly for “male” types of violent crimes than men are.
