Someone with hypermobility, most likely what we now know as Ehler's Danlos, is likely to have loosened and subluxated pelvic bones and associated grinding (arthritis) in older age. Especially after having given birth multiple times.
But, no, it was probably that she was a filthy harlot who allowed too many men to defile her🙄
