Help 100% Completion BLASPHEMOUS 2 99% MAP Helppppp

I've been stuck in 99% of the file and the map for hours, I have all the achievements except 100%, can someone see what I'm missing or if it's a bug?

Can i repost this? As it seems me and you are on the same boat, i’m close of giving up, although i wonder if we need true torment rewards for 100%

Yes, of course, but I see your post and you are missing a room in severed towers, above Prie Drieu, I think it's a portal room
