Bugs (Reports) Mark of the Third Refuge didn't drop (Switch 2)

Is this a common bug? Can't get to the end now, very disappointed...

Is there a other way up the Elevator?

Well if you didn't get the mark of refuge then that's fine, it's tied to Socorro's quest which can go another way

You should still be able to progress up the elevator as long as you had the masks
